I did all of the steps you mentioned above and everything is still the same. I still get the error messages and cannot retrieve email in the Benzeyen program any longer. I have to use webmail now.

I am thinking there has to be some sort of cache value somewhere in the OS that is preventing this as I am having the same issue with all benzeyen clients. Birli a side note, I was using two-factor authentication at the time of the upgrade which quit working after the upgrade. I’ve since tried it with, without, reset it all and still no joy. There is something gumming up the works hoping someone saf solved this. Neither support at apple or Yahoo başmaklık shed any light on it.
Vicki, I have never seen this error before. Two suggestions. Have you tried to delete the email account from your MacBook and add it back again? The other suggestion would be to reset your keychain on your Mac. Wondering if the keychain is unable to store/retrieve the credentials.

I entered my password for the account I was ‘fixing’, hit the SAVE button and waited for Benzeyen to do “authenticating server” , then I right-clicked on the account and selected “take (account name) online.
I skipped the PRAM reset and did the benzeyen plist files and then the envelope plist files and it seems to have done the trick! It did need to re-import all he messages which took quite a while but completed without error. Thanks!
